I reserved a deluxe double room with two double beds and

when I arrived, there was a mix-up with my reservation. The staff was unhelpful during check-in, which was frustrating. However, the location was great, and the room itself was comfortable once I got in.

Front desk staff were super helpful. AC broke and took too long to fix.

Great location near excellent restaurants and stores. The locally caught fish at a nearby eatery was a highlight. However, the reception service could have been friendlier, and some issues arose with reservations, requiring a room change that was inconvenient during my stay.

Staying here was delightful, especially with our precious dog. We loved the spacious park nearby, perfect for family outings after our day at Parque de las Aguas Waterpark. The staff was very accommodating, ensuring our stay felt just right.

My kids wished there were more activities for them.
